pothole

i had just come out of hole park estate heading east to rolvendon in a galaxy motability scheme with a passenger i overtook a tractor on the straight piece of road leading up to the t-junction at rolvendon i saw what looked like puddles at the edge of the road and verge on the right as i overtook i was alongside the tractor as i hit them it blew both offside tyres and damaged the wheels i later saw when i parked,the steering also was tricky with two blown tyres,it could have been extremely dangerous ithen had to call the rac out to get towed home.
my vehicle has gone into a reputable motability body shop for repairs,i dont know at this moment in time if there is any other damage to suspension etc.
i have reported this incident today online to the kent county council highways dept re;potholes
this incident happened on mon 10th oct at approx 16;00 hrs
