pasture road, moorbridge lane junction

by Suzuki-rider

07 Mar 2011

After pulling out of the chipshop, on my motorcycle, i headed along Pasture road, towards Ilkeston. my speed was approx. 10 - 15mph, when i hit the pothole. The front of the bike stopped, the bars whipped violently side to side,(causing pain in my left hand) and the back end rose high enough in the air, for my pillion rider to leave the seat. luckily she landed back on the bike, which i managed to keep upright, and continue on my way. the pain got worse the next day, and after a visit to Staplefords walk in centre, they advised if the pain got any worse, to go to a + e.which i did. after the appointment with the fracture clinic, i`m now in a cast with a possible broken bone in my hand.

Pothole location
144-224 Pasture Rd, Stapleford, Nottinghamshire NG9 8, UK
Status
Unfilled
