very large hole in road

this hole is outside the boots chemist on delauneys road crumpsall ,it is large it has been seen to before by the highways but the repair is not up to standard it is very shoddy workmanship,and is very tipical from the road crews in the area, their really should be a system where work gets inspected to be a good job before it gets aprovel and signed of,this is not the case and so time and time agian crews are sent back to the same hole over and over wasteing time and funds .this is not right and the job should be done to a better stanard so as to save the public the expence .where is the person in charge ! who ,not the department the person ,the one appointed to manage I am here to listen to your excuse

so they can be fixed for the safety for the public ,I for one am sick and tired of your whole attitude to repairs and the way you conduct yourselves
